The Cayenne Cleanse

Whether you've been sick or have just eaten too much junk food, sometimes you just feel like your body needs a fresh start. A few members at work had been suggesting this cleanse to me for weeks and although I was weary of it, I decided to give it a try. I've been on a diet for a couple of months now and I felt that this is a great way to cleanse my body of its toxins naturally. This cleanse recipe sounds like an odd bunch of ingredients but the taste is so light and refreshing, it's easy to drink. In fact, you almost want to keep drinking just to get that refreshing lemony taste followed by the slight kick of the cayenne.

Here is the recipe:

60oz of water
1/2 cup of lemon juice fresh squeezed
1/2 cup maple syrup organic
Cayenne pepper to taste

  2. The cleanse is a 2-3 day cleanse. I usually can only do it for 2 along with broth or soup.

    Drink for an average of 3 days (no other food, no smoking, no alcohol) and it will cleanse your body like no other (and lose weight). Be sure to research on your own before starting.

  3. I want to try it for the 10 days but i think its going to be difficult. Guess you jst get tired of NOT eating and drinking the same shit. How much weight did u lose?
